Warranty

Austrian Ltd warrants that eligible instruments supplied directly by us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care for ninety (90) days from the date of delivery to the customer, unless a different period is stated on the product page or sales confirmation.

• Manufacturing defects present at delivery and reported within the warranty period.
• Failure of materials or workmanship under normal professional use when maintained per published instructions.

• Normal wear, sharpening, reprocessing damage, or misuse.
• Damage from improper sterilization, cleaning agents, or storage.
• Alterations, repairs, or modifications not authorized by Austrian Ltd.
• Products used beyond labeled single-use or expiration limits.
• Cosmetic variations that do not affect function unless specified on the purchase order.

At our option, we will repair, replace, or credit eligible defective products. Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy unless applicable state law provides otherwise. Warranty service requires proof of purchase and may require return of the instrument for evaluation.

Except as stated above, products are supplied "as is" and Austrian Ltd disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law.
