These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to the Austrian Ltd website, operated by Stryke LLC doing business as Austrian Ltd, and purchases by business customers in the United States. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Products are offered for use by licensed healthcare professionals and facilities. You agree to use instruments only for lawful professional purposes and in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, facility policies, and manufacturer instructions when provided.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are based on administrator-entered catalog data. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Prices, taxes, and shipping shown at checkout or on a quote are subject to confirmation. We may limit quantities or refuse orders that appear erroneous or fraudulent.

• An order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment or issue an invoice per agreed terms.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe; institutional customers may use approved PO, invoice, or net terms when enabled.
• You are responsible for providing accurate facility addresses, tax exemption documentation, and PO references.

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing for your order.

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy. Limited warranty coverage is described in our Warranty. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You are responsible for determining suitability of products for your intended professional use. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for professional clinical judgment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Austrian Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable U.S. law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies. Disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Wyoming unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your state provide otherwise for non-waivable claims.
