Returns Policy

Because many surgical products are used in regulated environments, returns are limited. All returns require prior authorization. Items shipped without an RMA number may be refused or returned to sender at the customer's expense.

• Incorrect item shipped by Austrian Ltd (documented within 10 business days of delivery).
• Defective or damaged product reported within 10 business days of delivery with photos and order details.
• Unused, unopened catalog items in original packaging when approved by sales (restocking fees may apply).

• Products marked single-use or sterile that have been opened, handled, or removed from sterile barrier.
• Custom-built sets, modified instruments, or special-order items unless non-conforming to written specifications.
• Items without lot/traceability information when required for the product category.
• Products returned after the authorized return window without written approval.

Contact support at +1 301-719-4480 or through Contact with your order number, catalog numbers, quantities, and reason for return. If approved, you will receive RMA instructions including the return address and any required documentation.

Approved stock returns may incur a restocking fee up to 25% of the item value unless the return is due to our shipping error or confirmed defect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our error. Return freight is the customer's responsibility unless we provide a prepaid label.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when applicable, or as account credit for invoiced customers, after inspection of returned goods. Allow up to 10 business days from receipt of the return for processing.
