This policy applies to orders placed through the Austrian Ltd storefront or confirmed by sales for delivery to addresses in the United States.

Austrian Ltd ships within the United States using USPS. Standard checkout orders include free USPS shipping—there are no shipping charges on qualifying storefront orders.

Orders move to processing after payment authorization or approved purchase-order / invoice terms. Handling time covers verification, picking, and packaging before USPS receives the shipment. Handling day ranges shown at checkout are estimates based on current fulfillment capacity.

Estimated delivery windows combine handling and USPS transit times for your destination. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, unless a sales confirmation explicitly states otherwise.

Storefront checkout shipping is free for United States addresses served by USPS. If sales confirms a special freight arrangement for an institutional order, those terms appear on the quote or invoice.

Delivery is limited to United States addresses. If an address cannot be served, checkout will indicate that shipping is unavailable for that destination.

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer when the carrier takes possession of the shipment at our fulfillment point, unless your written agreement with Austrian Ltd states different terms.
